Small-Group Strength & Conditioning Class. Our group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Our classes lead to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable and make working out fun.


Burn will focus solely on improve conditioning and build endurance. Each class is built with a fun cardio-based workout intended to increase aerobic capacity and promote a big caloric burn. Just like EBCF 60 class, each class will be Coach led and focused on building lasting community relationships to help keep you accountable.
